- New Air Filter that is made for the specific Make and Model Year
[edit] Instructions
- Turn off the car and keep it off after the filter is removed
- Open hood and keep it open with hood prop.
- Locate air box which is roughly 10 inches by 8 inches on the right side of the engine compartment with a three inch diameter tube coming out of it towards the back of the engine (Air intake).
- Unhook clips, and lift holder.
- Remove air filter taking note of which direction the crinkled sided of the filter is facing.
- Vacuum any leaves and dirt inside the box.
- Install new filter putting it back in the same fashion as you took the old one out.
- Reattach the clips to secure the lid.
