The Thermal Transmitter displays on the dashboard the coolant temperature. If your dash board is showing bad temperature readings, it is time to replace it.

- Lose the hose clamp to remove the air box on the stock intake by using the Phillips screwdriver.
- Remove the two screws using the Phillips screwdriver on the intake duck and pull it out.
- The thermal transmitter is a wire connected to the sort pipe on the right side of the engine.
- Pull off the cable from the thermal transmitter.
- Remove the thermal transmitter by using an adjustable wrench.
- Install the new thermal transmitter using an adjustable wrench and connect the wire.
- Put back the intake duck and the air box making sure the screws are tighten using a Phillips screwdriver.
